While intelligence, passion, and discipline are all useful qualities, success belongs to those who have these two attributes – an insatiable need to learn and an unquenchable penchant for action.” But there is one more missing quality that all leaders need to have - if they want to be successful.
A good "test” of a great strategy is how often you say NO. A really solid and well-thought out business strategy means that you’re saying NO more than you’re saying YES…to new opportunities, new people AND potential new clients.
