CEO Think Tank® gives you:
- Uninterrupted time to focus – shedding light on strategic issues that are vital to your company's future.
- A select group of up to 16 business peers: a confidential sounding board of diverse perspectives – committed to supporting you in achieving all of your goals.
- A skilled facilitator to keep your larger purposes in the forefront throughout each CEO Think Tank® session.
Each CEO Think Tank® is made up of carefully selected chief executives, business owners and senior managers. CEO Think Tank® members gather monthly. Two of the three quarterly meetings are half-day sessions, and the third is a full-day session that includes a professional development session. In addition, 2 hours of individual coaching per month can be contracted for separately.
CEO Think Tank® is about helping business owners, CEO's and Senior Leaders to:
- run their businesses more conscientiously and intentionally, using very practical tools and techniques to do so,
- live in a wage-oriented economy and make money AND recognize that they are spiritual and emotional beings with lives and families and community commitments and to find a way to grow and nurture that part of themselves, and
- discover their own personal Mission and express that in what ever way makes the most sense for them and the people that are most important to them.
And, we've also discovered that when you share that journey with others who are on similar journeys, you find:
- that it's easier and more fun
- solutions that may not have occurred to you because you were too close to the situation or caught up in your own emotions about the situation
- that you get stuff done more quickly and have a greater sense of satisfaction from the accomplishment
- that you can get a lot of pleasure from helping others to achieve their visions and goals.
How is CEO Think Tank® different from other "executive roundtables"?
- Unlike most other groups we focus on your whole world where you learn work and play. Some other roundtable groups may touch on personal issues, but your personal life and how it fits with your business life is seldom a key focus area.
- Your CEO Think Tank® experience includes your monthly meetings, ongoing phone and e-mail support and interaction and, if you choose it, coaching. Some other groups make the coaching mandatory; others don't have coaching available at all. In some other groups, consulting with group members is not allowed.
- We work hard to ensure that your group "works" on all levels, that
confidentiality is enforced and that members find a truly safe place to
share their challenges and their successes, and develop their business' most
important asset - themselves.
