CEO Think Tank® is the only CEO and Senior Executive support group program that incorporates peer interaction, business success and personal growth in a confidential and supportive setting. Most of our competitors focus on the business aspects with only token support given to the whole person. We believe that for a group such as this to be most effective, it has to "be there" for its members - at work, at home and at play.
CEOTT is comprised of dedicated licensees and facilitators, each of whom has significant business and human relations background. Furthermore, each recognizes his/her own spiritual mission, as well.
Each of our facilitators and licensees also provide business consulting and coaching services to the small and medium-size business market. With expertise in a number of different arenas including:
- Leadership development
- Performance management
- Executive team development
- Business planning
- Organizational dynamics and culture change
- Business development and positioning
- Succession planning
- Financial business management
We are truly the "general practitioner" of small business consulting.
Our broad array of experiences and skills, as well as the tools that we use - both traditional Western business practices such as planning, coaching and team development as well as Eastern business practices such as numerology, Feng Shui and Reiki - enable us to help our clients to prioritize and focus their efforts, maximize the use of their time and resources and pull the right levers - giving them the best chance to grow their businesses, themselves and their bottom-line.
Philosophy
We are known for the excellence of our work, our integrity, our commitment to our clients and their success, and adding value to each of our member's lives and businesses. People work with us because we provide them with an incredibly supportive, caring, yet challenging community of their peers and because we focus on their businesses and them.
In addition, each of our facilitators is skilled at combining solid business practices with intuitive insights in order to help our clients create more profitable businesses and lead more profitable and successful lives. Our facilitators do this in part by acknowledging and sharing their own spiritual journeys, using their own lives as templates for their clients, and by listening to their own inner guidance, teach others to do the same.
