Sonia J. Stamm

Ms. Stamm brings twenty years of broad experience in executive and leadership team development, executive search, strategic planning and training within the technology, service, and nonprofit arenas. Committed to supporting the evolution of emerging enterprises, Sonia works with a wide range of entrepreneurial and nonprofit organizations through her consulting practice. She also leverages her experience and perspective across various industries in her work as a CEO Think Tank® facilitator.

In her previous position as Director of Educational Programs at The Nonprofit Center at La Salle University, she shaped the educational curricula and direction of this management support organization and created professional development opportunities for the staff, board members, and volunteers of nonprofit organizations. Having affiliated with the Nonprofit Center as a consultant and instructor in 2001, Sonia continues to work with clients in the areas of board development and governance, leadership transition and succession, and organizational effectiveness.

Sonia previously spent over eight years as senior consultant with CEO Resources, Inc., a retained executive search firm that recruits leadership for technology and service-based companies in the mid-Atlantic region. She also conducted workshops on career development, entrepreneurial management, and hiring for organizations such as Wharton Business School's Alumni Club, the Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineers, and the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.

Early in her career, Sonia worked in the nonprofit sector with organizations such as Ben Franklin Technology Partners and Womens Way. She has served as a Director of several organizations, including Options, Inc. and Women Organized Against Rape. Her degrees include a M.Ed. in adult and organizational development from Temple University and a B.S. in communications technology from Ithaca College.
