Ms. Kuchler is the Founder and Managing Principal of CEO Think Tank®, an executive learning community for small business owners, senior managers, and entrepreneurs. With over 20 years of experience in business consulting, change management, executive coaching, and operations management, Cheryl Beth established CEO Think Tank® in 2001 to support business leaders in developing and implementing business and life strategies. A proven entrepreneur herself, Cheryl Beth is also a Partner with Business Improvement, LLC, a firm committed to providing business and personal advisory services to small businesses.
Since 2001, CEO Think Tank® has enabled CEO’s and senior executives of small to mid-size businesses to leverage their strengths and maximize their potential. Through her company, Cheryl Beth provides business leaders with a unique opportunity to exchange ideas, constructive feedback, and confidential business advice with their peers. She also offers business consulting and executive coaching to individuals and their teams.
Before committing her career to enhancing entrepreneurial leadership, Cheryl Beth gained invaluable experience in large, multi-national companies like Procter and Gamble and Hilti, Inc. She also worked at CoreStates Financial Corporation before launching her consulting practice with clients such as DuPont Company, General Electric, Amazon, and the Johnson and Johnson family of companies. Armed with a background in engineering, Cheryl Beth has extensive experience in designing and implementing Six Sigma, Total Quality, and other change initiatives as well as working with teams to leverage system-wide projects in process improvement and business alignment.
In addition to her client work, Cheryl Beth is an accomplished speaker, having presented at the Baiada Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership at Drexel University and various professional associations, including Women Inventing Next (WIN), the National Organizational Development Network, and the Regional American Society for Training and Development. A committed community leader, she has served as a director of the Nationality Services Center in Philadelphia, PA.
Cheryl Beth earned an MS in Organization Development from American University and NTL Institute and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University. She is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and currently resides in Blackwood, New Jersey with her husband and two sons.
